Shipping and Returns
What is your standard return policy?
  Home Safety Products will accept returns under any of the following circumstances:
  1. Your order was damaged or defective
  2. The wrong product was mistakenly shipped
When your order is delivered, you should immediately inspect the carton(s) for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. If you received the wrong item, or an item that was damaged or defective upon arrival, please call our Online Customer Service Department immediately at 765-939-4157. It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Before you call, please have your order number available. If you do not know your order number, please visit our Order Tracking page to find the number in Your Order History.

In addition, please be prepared with a detailed description of the damage or defect before contacting us.You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued.

You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
When will my order ship?
  We at Home Safety Products want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To help accomplish this, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy.

Most orders received by 12:00 pm EST are shipped on the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 pm EST will be shipped on the next business day. Mail orders are shipped once payment is received.

The shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States are UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or  Next Day Air. 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air orders received by 10 AM EST will ship on the SAME BUSINESS DAY. We try to ship all orders within 24 business hours.

Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
What are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
